• After researching emulators to replace an ancient 16-bit emulator with, chose Nexus Terminal because it supported server based installation, hllapi, host connections through SSL and could run under Vista/Windows 7. In addition to working best with those conditions, Nexus Terminal was the only one that could be made to work with an critical 16-bit hllapi application that cannot be updated due to a number of factors. The main factor though in selecting Nexus Terminal was that the customer support has been fantastic. The hllapi functionality was extended by Hans even while we were just in evaluation. Questions and suggestions were received and answered enthusiastically, no matter what the subject.

Have expanded use to the TN3270 print function and has proven to be flexible and reliable. The product suite is very reasonably priced as is maintenance. Customer and technical support is friendly and responsive. Requested upgrade of product functions are provided with short turnaround time. Functional issues are also addressed and resolved with thorough expedition. Over all, this is a very good product.

• I have recently switched to another team in my company and had to turn in the company owned desktop which had IBM's PCOMM on it. The new team did not provide a 3270 emulator for on-call work. I had to remotely access the office machine which was a slow process. I evaluated several free trials of various emulators but only one, Nexus Terminal, had 100% of the features that I required. I was logged on and using the product immediately after installation and felt as if I had been using it for years. I emailed the author thanking him and actually got a response the next day. Try that with IBM! Good job Nexus!

Therefore, as we were about to freshen up our client environment from Windows 2000 to XP I made some research among terminal emulators and found Nexus. • After some research and tests, we have decided few years ago to migrate from WRQ Reflection 16bits to NMT full Windows 32bits compliant. We are using 3270 and 5250 terminal emulation mode. Some people also use the FTP functionality. Easy to install and deploy even if you are (like us) in Windows Terminal Server architecture, I can also recommend this program because it's suitable to our 260 users and because we save a lot of money compared to WRQ.

If you find any problem with this product, the author will usually have a fix within 24 hours. The author takes his product very serious and personal. • Our company recently switched to NMT from Chameleon 3270. While I was somewhat skeptical at first, Nexus is a much smaller company, the support I recently received was unbelievable. We needed NMT to grab some text off the screen and paste it in the clipboard. We could not find the functionality in the software, but after contacting Nexus, we had the functionality in a couple of days. Try getting those big software companies to make enhancements to their software in a couple of months, yet days! Nexus's NMT saved us money, now its saving us time through its advanced scripting.

• I wanted to let you know how well your NMT program fills our needs at the Dept of Corrections. After many hours of research we ended up using your program. We had a hard time finding one program that worked well on all the Windows platforms. The extensive customization options are a real benefit when you have a user base of 1,200 people. The built in FTP saves a lot of time not having to open another program for that function. The Trace and Capture features come in handy too. • The things I like best about NMT versus other emulators is its small resource requirement and it's simplicity.
